Two ways to use Roni
Same coach, your choice
Free is hosted by Roni and runs on your own Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or OpenRouter key. Roni Pro includes managed AI, up to 500 messages a month, and Garmin. With Roni Pro, approved strength, running, and cycling workouts are sent to Garmin Connect, where they sync to your watch. Garmin requires Roni Pro and remains subject to provider approval.
Does Pro include more integrations? Yes. Pro includes Garmin and Hevy. Hevy also requires a separate Hevy Pro subscription.
